Director
Westly has spent two-decades in the defense industry as a fixer, using his background maintenance, software engineering, full-stack development, and data analysis to help complex operations run better, safer, faster, and cheaper. Now his no-nonsense leadership, guides The Mana Foundation with clear judgment, steady hands, and a constant focus on making life easier for families in crisis.
James Smith
Director
James is a lifelong technology enthusiast who loves helping others and finding creative ways to use technology for good. After serving in the military in ground operations, aviation, and cyber warfare, he transitioned into a cybersecurity career where he now leads, mentors, and educates teams in incident response, engineering, and strategic planning.
Matt Utley
Director
Matt has spent nearly two decades in the CPG and grocery world, working deep in merchandising and buying ensuring products show up in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost. At the The Mana Foundation, Matt used his experience in sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain to stretch every dollar and keep support flowing where it is needed most.
